The hostel I stayed in is located in a picturesque town surrounded by lush green forests and snow, capped mountains. the owners provided great hospitality by being readily available and accommodating. the rooms were well, maintained, and the beds were made of high, quality wood, making them quite comfortable. there were several facilities that added value to the hostel like hiking trails, skiing areas and ice skating areas for the guests to enjoy.

The only thing that could have been improved upon was the breakfast, which could have been a bit more varied in terms of options and flavours.

Spent my X-mas holidays in a hostel that promised the world for the price paid, and they lived up to it. The room was clean and cozy, exactly what I expected. The location was great as it was in a peaceful area with a stunning tropical garden and close to the beach. I also enjoyed the free breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, bread, and coffee.

The staff was not friendly. No one even bothered to wish me Merry X-mas or happy holidays, which was disheartening.
